The Heart of Our House strives to cultivate and build lifetime relationships with future members of the Our House family, while enhancing fellowship and strengthening the commitment among the Our House family of donors, volunteers, team members and board members, to be of service to the Our House mission.
The Heart of Our House is a membership group founded in July 2016. Members of The Heart of Our House support Our House by taking on specific projects. Together, the members volunteer at Our House doing projects like planning an event for the homeless and near-homeless children served by Our House or donating needed items like school supplies and uniforms or holiday gifts. The Heart of Our House also supports Our House by giving to, volunteering at, and promoting “From Our House to Yours,” Our House’s resale store.
Members of The Heart of Our House are invited to attend members-only gatherings, which provide an opportunity for members to connect with one another and build lasting friendships.
Dues are $50 per year or $500 for a lifetime membership. Individuals, couples or whole families can join. It’s the same price!

Upcoming Heart of Our House Activities
April 21st – “Spring Fling” (volunteer and giving opportunity)
The Heart of Our House will be hosting a Spring Formal for the children of Our House. Members will provide food, donate needed items, and give financially to help underwrite the costs. For more information, contact Heather Allmendinger, Outreach Committee Chair.
June 21st – Members-Only Event

Ongoing – “From Our House to Yours” Resale Store
