She has spent the last 10 years in accounting, most recently as a Data Management Specialist for Goodwill Industry of Arkansas where she she assisted clients in preparing for prospective careers. She came to Our House through her interactions with the CAFSI program and decided to participate in a year of national service as an AmeriCorps Employment Coach. Yolanda believes that the most rewarding aspect of her job is seeing the progress of the clients she works with and seeing their hard work pay off. Outside of Our House, she is a member of her church's Young Adult Ministry.

As Reentry Program Manager, Rachael provides support and resources to individuals who have criminal charges on their backgrounds. She is interested in increasing access to legal assistance, safe housing and stable employment for all people, regardless of social or economic circumstances. Rachael graduated from Vassar College in 2013 with a Bachelors of Arts in Anthropology and Correlates in Hispanic Studies and Art History. 501-374-7383 ext 209 Ben was chosen as Executive Director in September 2017 after serving for eight years on the Our House team, first as Grants Manager then as Assistant Director. In his time at Our House Ben has been integrally involved in the expansion of our programs and facilities, the refinement of our model as a best practice in the field, and the development of rigorous performance measurement and ongoing evaluation to optimize Our House's impact. Ben has a B.A. in Mathematics from Hendrix College, and he also received a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Oxford University, attending on a Rhodes Scholarship. He has a deep love for Our House, our clients, and our mission. In his spare time Ben enjoys running, painting, and spending time with his wife and two children.

He has previously done Communications work for the Institute for European Studies in Brussels, Belgium as well as the Arkansas Educational Television Network (AETN) in Conway where he discovered his passion for work in non-profit organizations. He chose to participate in a year of national service as a VISTA at Our House in order to provide a better future for his community and to further Our House's mission to empower the homeless of Arkansas. In his spare time he enjoys board games, bluegrass music, and studying insects.

Carl had been doing electrical work for 25 years before he came to Our House as a resident. During that time, he participated in Our House's job trainee program as a weekend shelter supervisor. When he was able to move out of the shelter, he was hired as a full-time housing supervisor which he has now been doing for 8 years. He is also involved in several Our House alumni groups and is an active participant in community service in Little Rock. Carl believes that the most rewarding thing about Our House is seeing people grow from the first time they walk through the doors to when they leave having succeeded in their goals.

He decided that he would be interested in becoming a Youth Worker himself and has been employed at Our House ever since. Corbin believes that positive reinforcement is key in making a difference in the youth that he works with and strives to help them grow closer with their community. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and cat as well as playing guitar and soccer.

She previously served for seven years as the Director of a non-profit organization called Center for Student Missions in Nashville and Los Angeles. Upon returning to Arkansas, she decided to pursue a career at Our House in order to change the way that people view poverty and homelessness and provide an opportunity to succeed for all members of her community. 501-374-7383 ext 241 Chris Ramsey serves as the lead case manager for the Central Arkansas Family Stability Institute (CAFSI). CAFSI is an innovative homeless prevention program offered by Our House.  For the past 10 years, his professional focus has been offering direct services to at risk children and youth, and also stabilizing families through creative case management. In 2013 he was awarded the President’s Volunteer Service Award for his commitment to community involvement. In 2014, he earned his BA in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he is also pursuing his MA in Counseling with emphasis in Rehabilitation.  Chris currently resides in Bryant Arkansas, where he and his wife of 11 years raise three beautiful children.

He has an extensive background in law enforcement working as a Deputy Coroner, a Police Officer, and a Detective. He is also a licensed Arkansas Realtor. Justin currently oversees the operations and donations for the resale store, From Our House to Yours which is owned and operated by Our House Inc. In his free time he enjoys working out, music, and traveling.
