STABILITY PROGRAM
Our House’s Stability Program offers wrap-around case management to households who are housing insecure and experiencing mental health and/or substance abuse challenges. The 12 month program focuses on goal setting in the areas of housing, employment, education, finances, family stability, and mental and emotional wellness. Case Managers work in partnership with clients to develop individualized stability plans centered around the identified strengths and needs of each unique household. In addition to long-term, intensive case management, Stability Program participants are encouraged to take advantage of all services offered at Our House, including our Children’s Programs, Career Center, Mental Health, and Housing Programs.
CASE MANAGEMENT
Our team of case managers work one-on-one with all of our enrolled clients, building strong connections and personal relationships with each other. Every person and family is different and as such, our case managers tailor their care and services to meet the specific needs of each client! Our case managers take a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach when working with any Our House client.
COORDINATED SERVICES
The Stability Program helps families coordinate and link mental health and other healthcare needs, as well as connecting clients to resources such as SNAP, TEA, AR Kids First, childcare vouchers, mental healthcare, recovery support, and other community resources.
The Stability Program is made possible through our partnership with the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and the generous support of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Heart of Arkansas United Way, Arkansas TANF program, and Siemer Institute for Family Stability.
