Andrea came to Our House after a successful stay at Rivendell, where she focused on bettering her mental health. Needing a structured place to continue her progress, Andrea utilized our job training program to build skills at the West Little Rock Resale Store as a retail associate and on campus as a floater in housekeeping and the kitchen. Because of Andrea’s work at Our House, she has gained confidence and been able to “put her feet back on the ground.” After just 8 months in the program, Andrea has moved into her own apartment with her 6-year-old daughter and started a new job at a local grocery store!
