LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – An area organization that helps working homeless people is adding a new facility to help children who are without a home.
Our House, located at 302 E. Roosevelt Rd. in Little Rock, announced Thursday it will develop a new children’s center. The new center allows Our House to serve 142 children each day, nearly three times more than the organization’s current capacity.
The center will cost $3.8 million; donations are being accepted through Our House’s Room to Grow capital campaign.
Our House is a non-profit organization that provides working homeless people and families with housing, job training, education, and childcare.
