Your Impact
Each year our Children’s Center hosts a Summer Program for all of our children, youth, and additional community members. Our Summer Program strives to be an educational, enriching, and uplifting experience that will prevent summer learning loss, build strong bonds between students, and provide lots of fun! Participants experience activities in performing arts, visual arts, STEM, life skills, healthy lifestyles, and physical fitness and also attend field trips all over Central Arkansas. We equip each student in our program with school supplies for the coming year which relieves a large burden for many families experiencing homelessness and near-homelessness. Your donation sets all of our students and their families up for success for the coming year!
Our Children’s Programs majorly serve homeless and near-homeless children, providing them with a consistent, safe place to be each day that can give them food, emotional, and physical support
Both our Summer Program and after-school program support student’s educational endeavors with tutoring, homework help, and coordinated check-ins with each student’s day-school teachers
Our House focuses on a two-generation approach, providing coorindator services to both adults and children so that the whole family can reach their goals and break the cycle of poverty
