After being a client of the Career Center, Anthony entered The Shelter program when his home flooded back in April of 2018. He continued to use the Career Center during his stay in The Shelter and after working in home health for some time, he landed his dream job working at the VA in the nursing profession. He loves his job for many reasons, but mostly because he loves to help others, and he plans to continue his education in nursing. Anthony has been a model resident and has made some outstanding achievements, especially reaching his financial and savings goals in under a year! We are very proud of Anthony and wish him the best as he successfully moves out into permanent housing.
