Our House empowers homeless and near-homeless families and individuals to succeed in the workforce, in school, and in life. Operating for 35 years now, Our House is expanding with new construction.
Executive Director Ben Goodwin said they offer a wide range of services, including an accredited child development center, which gives parents a place for kids to learn and grow while their parents work to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty.
“We provide a full range of services including housing, children’s programs, workforce training, mental health services and more. Right here in our seven acre campus in downtown Little Rock,” Goodwin said.
On that seven acres over on East Roosevelt Road in Little Rock is some major construction.
