Local Artist Supports Our House with New Collection

“Mom Loves Me” 20″ x 24″ oil painting on canvas, by Matt McLeod.

This is the fourth painting of an ongoing series of paintings called the Faces of Hope project. Faces of Hope reveals the dignity and beauty of the residents and families that live at Our House with original painted portraits. Our House provides the working homeless–families and individuals with safe, clean, comfortable housing; food; free child care; education; and job training in order that they may return to independence and lead productive lives. Residents are required to maintain full-time employment and save 75% of their earnings. This is an original oil painting on canvas, painted by artist Matt McLeod. Half of the final sale price of this painting at auction will be donated to Our House, a registered 501(c)3. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
