Ben Goodwin

Ben was chosen as Executive Director in September 2017 after serving for eight years on the Our House team, first as Grants Manager then as Assistant Director. In his time at Our House, Ben has been integrally involved in the expansion of our programs and facilities, the refinement of our model as a best practice in the field, and the development of rigorous performance measurement and ongoing evaluation to optimize Our House’s impact. Ben has a B.A. in Mathematics from Hendrix College, and he also received a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Oxford University, attending on a Rhodes Scholarship. He has a deep love for Our House, our clients, and our mission. In his spare time Ben enjoys running, painting, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Operations Coordinator

Jackson Bittner

Jackson joined our team as the Operations Assistant in July 2023 where he assists with the overall strategic and operational responsibility for safety, facilities, IT, capital improvement, and the Our House Resale Store. Jackson started his time with Our House in May of 2012 as the Campus Improvement VISTA and served in several VISTA and staff roles until 2017. He has a BA in Political Science and Nonprofit Management from UA Little Rock. In his free time he enjoys fishing and game nights with friends and family.

Rachael Borné

Rachael joined the Our House team in 2015 as the Reentry Program Coordinator, a role dedicated to serving individuals involved in the criminal justice system. She became the Career Center Manager in 2018 and currently oversees all Career Center programs, operations and supervises an amazing team of staff members and AmeriCorps National Service Members. Outside of Our House, Rachael serves as the Chair of the Racial and Cultural Diversity Commission of the City of Little Rock and is on the Board of Directors of Recycle Bikes for Kids. Rachael received her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Hispanic Studies from Vassar College and completed a Fulbright Fellowship in Argentina. In her very limited free time, she enjoys tending to her houseplants, spending time with family and riding her bicycle.

Brooklynn Harrell

Brooklynn is our Recruitment Specialist who is dedicated to curating a powerhouse team that shares our values and mission.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in Community Engagement and a deep and genuine passion for connecting with others and fostering meaningful relationships. She loves to travel and is always seeking out new experiences and cultures.  Outside the office you will likely find her at a local sporting event or enjoying the outdoors with friends, family, and her beloved dog, Rave.

Paige Krueger

Paige Krueger is the National Service Program Manager, overseeing the AmeriCorps programs that provide direct service and build the capacity of Our House programs. Paige has been at Our House for four years, beginning as an AmeriCorps VISTA and moving on to work alongside families facing homelessness as a CAFSI Case Manager. She loves to see people turning their values into action, resulting in a stronger community. You’re likely to spot her at the nearest yoga studio, restaurant patio, or live music event.

Executive Assistant

Candace Mason

Candace Mason is the Executive Assistant at Our House, supporting the Executive Director and Senior Leadership Team with a range of administrative tasks. She holds a B.S. in Family and Consumer Science from Henderson State University (2020) and is responsible for coordinating meetings and managing communications. Outside of work, Candace enjoys spending time with her husband, Lucas, and their two cats, Biscuit and Gravy. She loves making memories with her niece and nephew and enjoys watching historical documentaries and listening to music.

Tamidra Marable

Tamidra is our Director of Human Resources. Tamidra joined the Our House Team in July 2024. She is responsible for leading our Human Resources and National Service Team. Tamidra has an undergraduate degree in Sociology and a graduate degree in Applied Communications. In her free time she loves to travel, spend time with her family and friends, and listen to audio books.

Arnie has been with Our House since November of 2014 as the Facilities Manager. Arnie oversee’s repairs and construction projects across campus, as well as maintaining security and campus safety including training. Arnie manages clients participating in our job training program who work in our guard shack and on the ground. Arnie’s free time is occupied by his three grandchildren, hunting, bee keeping, and the outdoors!

Taylor has been with Our House since September of 2017, first serving as a Child Development Americorps member and now currently serving as Lead Toddler 2 teacher. Taylor works with children 24-36 months to create a loving and safe environment for all children to thrive in. Before joining Our House, Taylor worked at a domestic violence shelter as a women and children’s advocate. From there, she knew that education and children were her passion. Taylor received her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Education from the University of Central Arkansas and in turn led her to the nonprofit world. In her free time, Taylor loves to read, capture moments through photography, and watch classic films.

After first coming to Our House as a Bachelor’s of Social Work intern at Our Club, Shereen stayed on for two AmeriCorps positions before becoming the Toddler 2 Teacher in 2017. In her role, she works with children 24-36 months to create a safe and caring environment for our children to expand and excel their knowledge. A fun fact about Shereen is that she is bilingual and can speak Arabic and English. She also loves soccer and being outdoors.

Leslie joined Our House in 2025 as the Early Childhood Education Manager, overseeing Bright Beginnings. She is committed to creating nurturing environments that foster a love for learning & ensures that every child is seen, nurtured & given the tools to thrive. She comes to Our House having almost 10 years of experience in Elementary Public Education, having been both a classroom teacher & learning facilitator. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, holding her Specialist in Educational Leadership, GO HOGS! In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband, daughter & pup and watching football (big Dallas Cowboys fan!). Skyler began her work with Our House in August of 2025 as a volunteer for Bright Beginnings. Shortly after that, she officially joined the Our House team in January of 2026 as
one of the substitutes in the Children’s Center. She is currently completing her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology at Hendrix college and plans to get her Master’s in Social Work. She loves working with children and hopes to have a few of her own some day. She also loves baking, reading, and spending time with her friends.

In Brittany’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her daughter and fiancé, calling the hogs, doing makeup, and relaxing as much as possible.

Disability Service Specialist

Ezell Breedlove

Ezell became the Disability Services Specialists in January 2023. His role as the Disability Services Specialists is to work with clients who need access to services related to their disability. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting in applying for social security benefits using the SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery (SOAR) program, obtaining personal documents, navigating public benefits, accessing transportation, developing a stability plan, connecting to community agencies that specialize in disability services, and making referrals to other Our House programs. Ezell started his time at Our House serving as a Volunteer Relations VISTA from 2013-2014. Ezell loves to travel and spend time with family.

Job Training Specialist

Nolen Buffalo

Nolen came to Our House in July 2024 as the Job Training Specialist. His role is to coordinate all aspects of the Job Training Program at Our House. He will facilitate the onboarding process and ensure that clients get off to a great start at Our House. Nolen has a Liberal Arts degree from UALR and is a Certified Travel Ambassador for the City of Little Rock. His extensive experience in entrepreneurship will give him a wide range of skills and abilities to provide the best support to Job Trainees. When not working, Nolen enjoys spending time with his dogs, working on his cabin, and canoeing the rivers of Arkansas.

Laura Butler

Laura previously served as an Employment Coach AmeriCorps Member in 2019 and then piloted our Jobs and Resource Hotline with the City of Little Rock called the Financial Navigators Program. Laura now serves as the Career Center Manager and currently oversees all Career Center programs, operations and supervises an amazing team of staff members and AmeriCorps National Service Members. Laura collaborates with all of our programs to provide support to clients transitioning into permanent housing. Laura is a self-described big kid at heart and loves animals!

Caitlin joined Our House as the Supportive Service Specialist in January 2024. In this role she will be a first point of contact for people entering the Career Center and will be responsible for connecting clients to resources they need to be successful. Caitlin graduated in 2019 from Hendrix College with her BA in Religious Studies and a minor in Anthropology. In her free time, she enjoys rock climbing at the local gym and spending time with loved ones.

Lauren Corzine

Lauren began her journey at Our House in 2020 as an AmeriCorps Member, supporting health and wellness initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic. She now serves on the Career Center team, where she leads the Job Training Program– a subsidized on-the-job training program that creates a pipeline to employment for clients with significant barriers to employment. In this role, Lauren partners with clients to build skills, confidence, and pathways toward long-term employment success. Beyond Our House, she serves as an Ambassador for the Arkansas Hunger Relief Alliance, connecting with other young professionals to strengthen hunger relief efforts across the state. Outside of her professional work, Lauren spends every minute she can with her family and malamute, Logan. You might see her out and about at the local farmer’s market or library with her family!

Dwain Davidson

Dwain joined Our House as an Employment Services Coordinator in April 2025. He has extensive experience in employment counseling and program management from his previous positions with the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services for the New Hampshire Employment Program. At Our House, Dwain facilitates employment services by developing strong partnerships with employers, providing employment-focused case management, and ensuring successful job placements and client retention. He also oversees the Employment Coach AmeriCorps members. Dwain holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Granite State College and has received specialized training in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as well as Crisis and Conflict Management. In his free time, Dwain enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and exploring new places domestically and abroad.

Sharon Holly

Sharon joined Our House in September 2023 and served as an Employment Coach AmeriCorps until August 2024.  Sharon is now an Employment Specialist with Our House.  Sharon enjoys assisting clients and helping them to achieve their goals.   Sharon has a Masters Degree in Human Services with a Specialization in Social and Community Service and she has a Bachelor in Social Work. Sharon and her family lived in Hawaii for 33 years and they moved to Arkansas in 2021.  Sharon retired from the  Department of Veterans Affairs as a Military Services Coordinator with the Medical Board after 39 years with the Federal Government. Sharon enjoys spending time with family, helping others and traveling.

Roger is excited to join Our House as an Employment Coach. AmeriCorps member. Throughout his career, Roger’s passion has been helping individuals to be the best they can be, whether as a drama teacher, a language tutor, a social services navigator, and most recently a wellness coach for Boomers. Roger has a masters in education and a health coach certification. When not working he likes hanging out with his wife who he is still in love with after 43 years. Together, they go to movies and plays. He grounds himself by gardening.

Deborah Day

Deborah is excited to join the Our House team as an Employment Coach AmeriCorps, where she looks forward to helping job seekers overcome barriers and access the resources they need to thrive. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Arkansas and Certifications in Community Development and Outreach, equipping her with both practical tools and a heart for service. With a background in administrative coordination, disaster recovery planning, and faith-based outreach, Deborah brings compassion, clarity, and dependable care to every interaction. She values reliable processes and contributes with a mindset of thoughtful improvement, collaborative teamwork, and meaningful service. She aims to meet each client where they are with compassion. Outside of work, Deborah contributes to a Sisterhood of Seasoned Servants, a faith-based community of women dedicated to encouragement, outreach, and lifelong service.

Marketing & Events Manager

Sierra Fisher

Sierra has been with Our House since August of 2018, serving two terms as the Community Engagement VISTA, then a year as the Development Specialist before transitioning to the Marketing & Events Manager. In her role, Sierra oversees the Our House social media, website, donor database, and other marketing materials, as well as participating in outreach and coordinating online fundraising efforts. Sierra also coordinates Our House’s annual fundraising events – Dinner on the Grounds and Home for the Holidays! Sierra graduated from Purdue University in 2015 with a degree in English Education. She then completed two years of Peace Corps service teaching English at a secondary school in Rwanda before returning to her home town of Little Rock. She enjoys playing with her dog, Rue, that she brought home with her from Rwanda, kayaking, and playing trivia.

Grants Coordinator

Mariah Nehus

Mariah returned to Our House as a Grants Coordinator in January 2025.  She is responsible for seeking out new funding sources, supporting the development and writing of new grants, ensuring compliance with the requirements of Our House grant funding sources, and tracking and reporting program performance data.  She previously served as the In-Kind Donations VISTA and the Development VISTA from 2014-2016.  In her free time, Mariah enjoys fiber art projects, pub trivia, and watching old movies.

Osanon Osunde

Osanon has been with Our House since June of 2023 as the Data and Reporting Coordinator where he maintains and  optimizes the database structure while ensuring that data is correctly stored and retrieved. He also tracks and reports on performance measurement as well as providing analysis. He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Sciences in Computer Science and Mathematics. In his free time, Osanon enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching tv shows and playing soccer.

Mollie Parker

Mollie Parker joined Our House in September 2022 as the Grants Manager. In her role, she oversees grant applications, reporting, and Our House’s outcomes and performance measurement systems. Mollie holds a B.A. in English and Communication from the University of Arkansas, where she was also a member of the Razorback Marching Band, and she received a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. In her free time, Mollie enjoys spending time with her family, rooting for the hogs, and keeping her Little Free Library stocked with books for her neighbors.

Caroline Spencer Robbins has been at Our House since 2016. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Arkansas and is a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. Caroline has also served for three years as a board member of Association of Fundraising Professionals, Arkansas Chapter. As Development Director, Caroline oversees all fundraising streams, marketing and communications, and volunteer activities for the organization. In her free time Caroline and her husband, Jay, like to do home improvement projects, watch the Office, and spend time with their son, John.

Housing Program Coordinator

Carl High

Carl had been doing electrical work for 25 years before he came to Our House as a resident. During that time, he participated in Our House’s job trainee program as a weekend shelter supervisor. When he was able to move out of the shelter, he was hired as a full-time housing supervisor which he has now been doing for 8 years. He is also involved in several Our House alumni groups and is an active participant in community service in Little Rock. Carl believes that the most rewarding thing about Our House is seeing people grow from the first time they walk through the doors to when they leave having succeeded in their goals.

Housing Program Specialist

Jay Hogue

Jay joined the Our House staff as a Housing Program Specialist in January 2024. In this role, they supervise residents and assist in maintaining a clean, safe facility. They also inform residents of the various services available through Our House when needed. Jay graduated from Harding University in the spring of 2020 with a bachelors in Social Work and plans to use their education to continuously serve the local community. Jay is also an avid writer. They enjoy reading, gardening, and learning new skills in their spare time.

Housing Operations Coordinator

Euphase King

Euphase has been with Our House since January of 2019 as a Housing Supervisor at the Shelter. In her role, Euphase supervises housing intake procedures, enters new housing clients in OH and HMIS database, passes completed files to appropriate program case managers, and coordinates family housing applications, ratings and orientations. She is Certified Peer Support Specialist and C.I.T currently working on obtaining her license for Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor. An avid painter and motorcyclist, Euphase grew up in Michigan and has been living in Arkansas for 18 years.

Angela Smith

Angela is an Arkansas native with a Dual Master Degree in Mental Health Clinical Counseling/Marriage and Family Therapy from John Brown University. Angela is preparing for my LPC/LMFT and has a BA in Sociology/Gender Studies from University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Angela was inducted into the National Honor Society of Leadership in 2023. Angela has many years of experience working in mental health, residential, and working with women and children in transition and families, along with domestic violence.

John Iles joined Our House as the Housing Program Manager in May 2025. In this role, he leads the organization’s housing initiatives, guides high-performing teams, and works closely with clients to support their success throughout the program. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and licensure as a Paramedic. He is also a retired U.S. Army Flight medic, serving over 24 years with the Arkansas National Guard.. 

Outside of Our House, John is deeply involved in his community. He serves as the head coach for the Little Rock Flames Track & Field and Cross Country teams and sits on the organization’s board of directors. A devoted family man, John treasures time with his wife, their six children, and three dogs. He also channels his creativity into music as a guitarist in two bands, runs a recording studio, and enjoys woodworking whenever he can carve out the time.

Jennifer Hall joined Our House as the Housing Services Specialist. In this role, Jennifer supports participants by promoting housing stability and connecting individuals and families to essential resources. She also supervises kitchen and meal services and helps coordinate donations to ensure participants’ daily needs are met. Jennifer brings a strong background in community support and is deeply committed to serving people with dignity, care, and compassion. She has a BA in English/Tech Writing from UALR. She spends her spare time as a trauma-informed yoga instructor and fitness trainer.

Claire joined the Our House team in December 2019 in the new role as Children’s Therapist. Claire works with children in Little Learners, the child development center, and Our Club, the after-school program, and provides social emotional learning for children. Claire helps children with emotion regulation skills, anxiety, depression, the effects of trauma, conflict resolution skills as well as many other skills. Claire graduated from North Little Rock High School then went to the University of Arkansas and received her bachelors in Child Development. Claire then went to the University of Kansas where she received her Masters in Social Work. Claire’s grandfather and aunt were both social workers, and she wanted to follow in their footsteps and advocate for marginalized children. In her free time, Claire enjoy’s running, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Hannah joined the Our House team in August 2023 as a PHA/MSW intern. As a Public Health Americorps member, she was able to simultaneously complete a service term, take part in community service projects, and complete her Master of Social Work degree. Hannah received her Master of Social Work degree in the spring of 2024 from UALR. In Hannah’s role as a Children’s Therapist, she continues providing trauma-informed therapy to children. Her aim as a children’s Therapist is to empower children by creating treatment plans tailored to their individual needs and providing therapeutic interventions to help them overcome the cycles of trauma and adversity. Hannah enjoys discovering new music, reading, and traveling in her free time!

Dr. DeMarreo Tidwell joined Our House in February 2024 as Mental Health Manager, where he leads a dedicated team providing individual, group, and family support services. With a strong foundation in Social Work, Dr. Tidwell holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from UA Little Rock, and earned his Doctorate of Social Work from the University of Kansas School of Social Welfare. His doctoral focus on teaching, leadership, and translational science informs his holistic approach to mental health care.

Jamie Johnson, a Licensed Associate Counselor, began her journey in the mental health field in 2015. She holds a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from John Brown University and has been practicing as a therapist since 2021. Jamie brings a wealth of experience across school-based, acute care, residential and outpatient settings.

In her role as Mental Health Coordinator at Our House, Jamie is excited to apply her skills and passion by providing comprehensive mental health services to families she collaborates closely with on-campus programs including the Stability Program, Housing Program, Children’s Program and the Career Center to ensure individuals and families receive holistic and coordinated care both on campus and in the wider community.

Jamie is also a trained perinatal therapist with a strong commitment to women’s health. She is dedicated to addressing women’s issues and improving the mental well-being for women and mothers across the state.

MK’s role is dedicated to fostering the development of key life skills while also seeking to meet each child’s unique needs. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, following her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas. In her free time, MK enjoys hiking with her family, reading on a rainy day, and traveling. She has spent an extended period of time in India and hopes to go back one day.

After 9 years of teaching, Molly is passionate about supporting families in a new role as they face challenges and work toward achieving their goals. She is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy and TF-CBT, valuing the power of connection and client strengths in the therapeutic process. Molly is in her final year of UALR’s Master’s in Social Work program and will graduate in May 2026. In her free time, Molly enjoys horror fiction, cooking, and gardening!

Montez became the Middle and High School Youth Program Coordinator for Our House in December of 2023. His role is to supervise the Middle and High School youth area known as the Blue Team, the youth specialist staff and the students assigned to that team located in the Our Club program.  Montez also provides support to all teams affiliated with Our Club members. Montez has worked with youth and young adults in various roles with sports teams and non-profit organizations such as the Columbus Urban League, Youth Home Inc., City Year Little Rock, and with local school districts.  Montez attended Philander Smith College in what is known now as Philander Smith University studying Early Childhood Development. In his free time, Montez loves to fish, coach sports, write poetry, and go to the movies.

His Role is to ensure the success of the Resale operations which include Sales Goals, Quality control, Donation distribution between the Stores and Campus support programs, Networking with local businesses for corporate and larger donations, Truck shipping and pickup logistics, Warehouse management, Administrative and Training his team to give the best mentorship for clients currently working at the Resale stores while providing the very best guest services in the business. Sean is an Armyveteran that served as a paratrooper in the 82nd airborne for 10 years with over 25 years of retail, shipping, warehouse and training management experience. Raymond (Ray) started with Our House in November of 2020, as a participant of the AARP SCSEP program. He has been at the North little Rock Resale Store, handling all the electronic devices, as well as anything electrical, to ensure they are safe and ready to be sold. He also makes any needed touch-ups on the furniture that is donated. Ray is also a HUD Commissioner with the N. Little Rock Housing Authority. He is on his second five year term. He also works with the City on projects like the East Broadway Census track 26 project. He also works with Non-Profits for food distribution throughout the Housing communities, making sure as many people have food as possible, and that our elderly population does not get forgotten. Ray is a Veteran of the US Air Force. His job was the protection of Nuclear weapon security and to protect them overseas. Ray is now the Part Time Lead person at the N. Little Rock Resale store, and has jumped right in trying to make the store an even nicer place to stop in and see what’s new.

Daniella became a team member at Our House in January 2024 as a Support Specialist in the Stability Program. Daniella was born in Arkansas, but grew up in Chile for most of her life. She graduated from Universidad del Desarrollo in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology,  focusing on community and educational psychology. Since moving back to the US in 2021, she has worked for Arkansas DHS providing bilingual case management services, and for UAMS where she conducted research on child health and developmental impacts of economic hardships with the national nonpartisan organization Children’s HealthWatch. Jay joined Our House as the Child Development AmeriCorps in February 2025. Their role was to work with the teachers to better facilitate a safe and nurturing environment. Jay is in their second service term here with a new role as a Children’s Mental Health AmeriCorps. They spend as much time as possible with their dog, Loki: hiking, exploring, snacking and napping .”

Mikayah Mixon

Mikayah began serving at Our House in October 2025 as part of the Children’s Mental Health AmeriCorps program. In her role, she focuses on supporting and engaging with the children in the program to promote their emotional well-being and development. Mikayah is currently in her final year at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she is pursuing her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree. Outside of her studies and service, she enjoys spending quality time with her puppy, Malibu.

Denisha joined Our House on October 2025, as a Children’s Mental Health AmeriCorps member. In her role, she helps children grow by helping them put their words into feelings. Denisha has an Associates of Arts degree in Sociology and is currently seeking her BA in Sociology at SNHU. In her spare time, she likes to go hiking, sleeping, cooking, and hanging out with her dog, Polly Pocket

She currently is attending the University of Central Arkansas to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Family Consumer of Science. In her free time she likes to read her Bible, shop and hang out with friends.
